Jerry Osbourne
General Manager

Since 1969, Jerry Osbourne has been involved in the service and installation of state of the art heating and cooling systems.  He has been the owner of his own business and has spent many hours attending sales, service and management seminars on Lennox HVAC equipment.  Jerry holds Masters and Journeyman licenses in HVAC and Freon Certification as required by the Federal Government. 

Upon selling his own business, Jerry was hired as Manager of Springfield Contracting specializing in remodeling, new construction and pre-engineered metal buildings.    He is an authorized builder for the United Structures of America Pre-engineered metal buildings.   Jerry's company philosophy is to listen to customers, understand their goals and needs and advise, design and build to satisfy those needs to the best of his ability.

OFFICE STAFF

Our company is blessed with a dedicated accounting staff to quickly meet any business or accounting concern.  This allows our managers, job superintendents, and technicians to concentrate on the more important issues like serving our customers. Our staff is fully trained in job costing and accounting making your call to Springfield Contracting a winner right from the start.

After graduating from Washington County High School with honors, Rosemary began her career as a secretary and bookkeeper for a local pharmacist.  She later advanced to Head Bookkeeper for an oil and gas company in Versailles, where she worked for twelve years and received extensive training in the accounting field. 

In 1995, Rosemary became our Office Manager and supervisor of daily job cost posting, invoicing, inventory control, collections, general ledger, payroll and customer relations.  She provides on-going support, direction and accounting expertise for all management personnel and our office staff.   With Rosemary's experience and the dedication of our office staff, we are ready to
meet and serve the needs of all our customers.
