Electrostatic painting is an excellent method of painting for any metal object indoor or 
outdoor, such as office furniture, lockers, appliances, chain link fencing, or handrails.

What are the advantages of painting using the electrostatic method?

No.  Objects can be painted without being moved because there is practically no
over-spray involved using the electrostatic method.
